We are based in a small town in Slovenia, right in the center of Europe. Our items are sewn here, in our studio.
Yes! We use DHL express or GLS for European countries.
Most of our items are in stock, but some are made to order and that means we need up to 4 days to make & ship the package. Once it is shipped it takes about 2-5 days with GLS and 1-3 days with DHL express.
Shipping above 100 eur is always free. For orders below that the shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.
Of course! You can return the packages in 14 days after you receive them. To start a return process email us at orders@evelina-apparel.com with your order number and why you want to return the pieces, just in case we can find a solution together.
We will then send you our address so you can ship the items back.
If you have a special request for size or a different fabric, we can make custom pieces. We can use all our fabrics in our collections, for almost any style that we carry. If you have questions email us at orders@evelina-apparel.com.
