Where are your pieces made?
All our garments are handmade in our European studio, located in Slovenia.
Each piece is crafted in small batches with attention to detail, comfort, and timeless design.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, carefully selected fabrics — including cotton, muslin, pointoille, and soft knitted materials.
Many of these fabrics are also available for purchase at our sister shop, My Little Fabric Shop, so you can create your own handmade pieces at home.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
Yes! You can choose a digital Evelina Apparel Gift Card or contact us for gift packaging options.
We’re happy to make your order extra special.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Slovenia, Europe.
We ship with FedEx and DPD, ensuring safe and reliable delivery to your doorstep.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer free shipping on all orders above €150.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Each piece is handmade and often made to order, as we create in small batches to avoid overproduction and stay true to our sustainable values.
Please allow 2–10 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
If you’re in a hurry, you can leave a note at checkout — we’ll always do our best to prioritize your order whenever possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
For handmade or personalized pieces, returns may be limited — please contact us first, and we’ll help you find the best solution.
Do you offer custom sizing or special orders?
We sometimes accept custom requests, depending on the design and fabric availability.

How do Evelina Apparel sizes fit?
Our women’s pieces are true to size and designed for a comfortable yet flattering fit.
We currently offer sizes S, M, and L, which correspond to the following international sizes:

How does Petite Evelina Apparel sizing work?
Our children’s pieces are designed with a slightly oversized fit, giving your little ones room to move, play, and grow.
This relaxed style also means your pieces can be loved for longer — especially our dresses, sweaters, and sweatpants.
We currently offer sizes from 0–3 months up to 5–6 years, which correspond approximately to the following international sizes:
Sizing tip: If your child is between sizes, choose the smaller size for a neater fit or the larger size for a roomier, longer-lasting wear.
