We raised our prices - and we want to share why.
This is not the easiest thing to talk about, but it feels important. Because behind every piece we make, there is time, care, and a way of working that we’ve consciously chosen.
For a long time, running a fashion brand felt like constant rushing - one collection after another, always thinking about what’s next, always trying to keep up. There was always something to prepare, something to launch, something to improve.
At the same time, we were growing. We moved into a bigger studio, expanded our work, and continued building both our clothing collections and our fabric shop. From the outside, everything looked like it was moving forward. But behind the scenes, it started to feel overwhelming.
There was too much going on, too many directions, and not enough space to actually enjoy the process of creating.
And slowly, the feeling that made me start this in the first place began to fade.
I even thought about simplifying everything - focusing only on one part of the business, or stepping away from clothing completely. Because continuing at that pace didn’t feel sustainable anymore.
But then one quiet Saturday morning in the studio, while sewing alone, everything became very clear.
I remembered exactly why I started.
The love for fabrics, for shapes, for creating something from nothing. The excitement of turning an idea into a piece you can wear. The feeling I had as a child, when I knew I wanted to become a fashion designer.
And I realised I didn’t want to lose that.
So instead of doing more, I chose to do things differently.
I decided to slow everything down.
To create fewer pieces, but better ones. To take time with each detail - the fit, the fabric, the way something feels when you wear it. To design collections where pieces work together, so one piece can become many outfits. To create clothing that feels special, but is still easy to wear every day.
Everything you see is still made by us - in our studio in Slovenia.
We are a small team of four. We design, create patterns, cut fabrics, sew, and pack each piece ourselves. Every garment passes through our hands multiple times before it reaches you.
There are no large factories, no outsourced production, no shortcuts behind the scenes.
There are many ways we could run this brand.
We could produce in large sewing facilities.
We could choose cheaper materials.
We could outsource production and packing.
We could move faster and create more.
But we choose not to.
Because how something is made matters. Not just how it looks, but the process behind it, the people behind it, and the conditions in which it is created.
Our prices reflect that.
They reflect the time it takes to make each piece, the quality of the materials we choose, and the reality of producing everything locally, in Europe. They reflect fair pay for our work and a way of working that allows us to create without constant pressure and rushing.
We rarely question spending €60 on a lunch that lasts a few hours. But a piece made to be worn for years often feels expensive.
Not because it is, but because we’ve been taught to see clothing differently.
We are not here to follow fast trends or create something new every week. We are here to make pieces that last - in quality, in design, and in how they fit into your life.
Pieces you reach for often. Pieces that feel good to wear. Pieces that stay with you.
This way of working is a choice.
And our prices reflect that choice.
We know it’s not for everyone. But if you value slow, thoughtful clothing that is made with care, then you understand exactly what we are building.
And we are very grateful that you are here with us 🤍
